DIAF 2025 대구국제아트페어
SANGYOONJAE 상윤재 (Booth 052)
상윤재는 2025년 10월 30일부터 11월 2일까지 DAEGU EXCO에서 열리는 <DIAF2025 대구국제아트페어>에 참여합니다. 이번 전시는 ‘한국 미술의 과거, 현재, 그리고 미래’를 한 공간 안에서 조망할 수 있도록 구성되었습니다.
부스 중앙에는 40여 년간 실험과 변화를 거듭하며 한국 현대미술의 중요한 흐름을 이끌어온 권여현(64, 홍익대학교 교수) 작가의 최근 대표작을 전시합니다. 작가는 60회 이상의 개인전과 다수의 수상 경력을 통해 끊임없는 예술적 탐구와 실험정신을 실천해왔습니다.
부스 좌측에는 젊은 시절 왕성하게 창작 활동을 이어오다 결혼과 출산, 육아의 시간을 거쳐 다시 자기만의 회화 세계에 도전하고 있는 하린 작가의 신선하고 독창적인 색면추상 작품을 선보입니다.
부스 우측에는 한국 1세대를 대표하는 근대미술 작가들의 주요 작품이 전시되어, 세대와 시대를 넘나드는 미술의 흐름을 함께 감상할 수 있습니다. 상윤재에서 동시대미술의 현황과 방향을 사유하는 시간이 되기를 바랍니다.
SANGYOONJAE is participate in the DIAF2025 Daegu International Art Fair, held at DAEGU EXCO from October 30 to November 2, 2025. This exhibition is designed to present the past, present, and future of Korean art within a single space.
At the center of the booth, recent representative works by Kwon Yeo-Hyun (64, Professor at Hongik University) are showcased. Over the past four decades, the artist has continuously explored and experimented with new artistic expressions, leading a significant current in Korean contemporary art. With more than 60 solo exhibitions and numerous awards, Kwon has embodied an unceasing spirit of artistic inquiry and experimentation.
On the left side, the exhibition features vibrant and original color-field abstract paintings by Harin, an artist who, after an active creative period in her early years, has returned to her artistic practice with renewed passion following marriage, childbirth, and motherhood.
On the right side, works by several pioneering first-generation artists of Korean modern art are displayed, allowing visitors to experience the continuity and evolution of Korean art across generations and eras. SANGYOONJAE hopes this exhibition offers a moment to reflect on the state and direction of contemporary Korean art while appreciating its past, present, and future together.
